Travel Destinations December You Must Go!

December is one of the most popular months for travel. There are so many places to choose from and there are so many deals, you can’t go wrong! I’ve made a list of my favorite travel destinations this December.

Iceland

Iceland is a great place to visit in December. With its long nights and relatively short days, it’s the perfect time to see the Northern Lights (or Aurora Borealis). If you want to see them without venturing too far outside of Reykjavik, go up to Perlan or go out at night on Skolavordustigur with your camera–you’ll get some great shots!

If you’re planning on visiting Iceland during Christmas time, there are plenty of markets you can visit: Christmas Market at Hallgrimskirkja Church; Julemarkadurinn (Christmas Market) at Laugarvatn Fontana Hotel; and Winter Lights Festival in Hafnarfjordur with over 100 stalls selling homemade crafts, gifts and food items. You’ll also find plenty of hotels, hostels and Airbnbs available for booking online so don’t delay!

Bali, Indonesia

Bali is a great place to visit in travel destination december. The weather is warm, but not too hot. You can enjoy the beaches and national parks on this tropical island. There are many things to do and see in Bali, including yoga classes at sunrise or sunset, surfing lessons on a beachfront surfboard rental shop (they’ll even give you free sunscreen), snorkeling in coral reefs filled with colorful fish, and don’t forget about the spas!

Bali has easy access from other parts of Indonesia through its airport at Denpasar (DPS). If you’re flying into Jakarta or Surabaya first before heading over there by bus or train then it’s best if you book tickets ahead so there will be no delays when passing through customs at DPS airport itself; otherwise just make sure all documents are valid until 2021 since some airlines require this as part of their policy when traveling outside Southeast Asia region during peak seasons such as Christmas/New Year’s Eve period where demand gets higher due increased number of tourists visiting those countries during holiday season which means less availability seats available hence making booking early crucial factor towards getting better deals!

Galapagos Islands, Ecuador

It has beautiful beaches and national parks that are home to some of the most important biodiversity hotspots in the world. The government is stable and tourism is thriving, so there are plenty of hotels and restaurants for travelers looking for fun things to do once they get there.

Costa Rica also has something else going for it: expats love living there! If you’re an American citizen looking for new opportunities abroad or just someone who wants their next vacation spot to be more than just another beach town with sunburned tourists lying around all day doing nothing interesting (or even worse–working), then Costa Rica might be just what you’re looking for!

New Zealand

New Zealand is a great place to visit in December. It’s summer there, so you get to enjoy the beautiful weather as well as all of the activities that go along with it. New Zealand has many beautiful locations, such as Auckland and Queenstown, which are great places for people who want to hike or do other outdoor activities. There are also plenty of things to do indoors like shopping at malls or going to museums if you don’t want to go outside all day long!

New Zealand has something for everyone: whether it’s your significant other or friends/family who want to travel with you; New Zealand has something suitable for everyone’s needs!
